RISK AND PROPERTY

Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by transporters defined by La Via dell'Incenso. Should the product be unavailable and / or out of stock, La Via dell'Incenso will promptly notify the customer by proposing the waiting for the ordered quantity or a different product, but with equivalent characteristics, with the customer's right not to accept this new product and to cancel the order or request a credit note.

In the event of damage, it is ESSENTIAL that the customer has signed the courier's receipt with the clause: "CONTROL RESERVE". In the absence of this clause it will not be possible to request any refund from the courier or from the Incense route.


SHIPPING TYPES

The types of shipping that can be selected are:

For Italy:

The shipment by Priority Mail is carried out only for orders whose weight does not exceed 200 grams and there are no bulky items (no burner can be shipped with Priority Mail). The payment methods for this type of shipment are exclusively Credit Card or Paypal or Advance Bank Transfer. The Via dell'Incenso reserves the right to change the shipping method, informing the customer at the same time, if there are problems concerning the size or weight. The customer has the right to refuse modifications, in the latter case the order will be canceled and the payment refunded, unless otherwise agreed.

The choice of this shipping method completely relieves La Via dell'Incenso from any responsibility regarding the delivery and relative times. Responsibility is entirely borne by the customer.

The goods are shipped prepaid and travel under the carrier's responsibility; in the event that the goods were shipped in port freight, upon indication of the customer, the risk is to be considered at the customer's charge from delivery of the goods to the carrier. Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages. In the event of damage to the packages, it must check if the goods are damaged and indicate this on the customer's receipt. Even in the presence of intact packaging, the goods must be checked within 7 (seven) days of receipt. In any case it is advisable to accept by always affixing the words "I accept with reservation of control". Any hidden anomalies, must be reported in writing by email, fax or registered letter a.r .. Every report over the aforementioned terms, will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.
 

If the courier does not find the recipient, the package will be placed in "waiting" in the Courier's competent office and an e-mail with details will be sent to the customer. The customer will have 5 days to unblock the package by requesting the return or to collect it in person. After 5 days, a GIACENZA application will be opened, the costs of which will be borne by the customer (€ 15.00 for practical opening plus € 0.5 per day after another 5 days from the opening of the same). 

The "Fermo Deposit" request MUST BE MADE BEFORE SHIPMENT in the order notes. If the recipient requires the "Fermo deposit" to the courier (ie to leave the parcel in place to be able to pick it up in person) at the time of delivery and not before in the order notes, this involves the opening of a storage practice with the related costs to be paid by the customer (€ 15.00 for practical opening plus € 0.5 per day after another 5 days from the opening of the same).

 

COD

It is possible to pay cash on delivery up to € 500. The contribution for the mark is € 4.40, regardless of the weight of the shipment. In case of impossibility of payment at the time of delivery, a storage procedure will be opened with the costs attached to the customer (€ 15.00 for practical opening plus € 0.5 per day after another 5 days from the opening of the same).

FREE SHIPPING

Unless otherwise indicated or special offers, shipping will be free for orders with an amount equal to or greater than € 300.00
