History and traditions: Often used in Indian blends, this resin was traditionally believed to have a purifying and energizing effect. For this reason, fumigation with Elemi lends itself to meditation and yoga, especially if practiced in the morning.
Information: Elemi has a consistency similar to that of honey. For best use, it is recommended to freeze the product (at least 30 minutes in the freezer) so that it can be cut and dosed correctly.
