History and traditions: Cultivated mainly in Indonesia, Zanzibar and Madagascar, Cloves have a strong, spicy, sweet and warm aroma which gives greater energy to the blends. In ancient traditions they were burned because they were believed to help stimulate creativity, intuition and free from negative thoughts, but also to keep insects away.

Information: It is advisable to pulverize them in a mortar before burning them.
